A misconception most people have about investment is that they must invest largely to have large returns, but it's not true. Start small but ensure you gain ownership of the property in the long run. Don't see real estate as a luxury but as an investment, you'll be proud of. Buy a land, even if it is just a plot, build on it and rent it out. That way, monthly ROI will keep flowing in even if you're no more.
