Land banking
If you want to overcome poverty then read this to the end!
Land banking is the real goldmine that gives you genuine wealth.
How? You might ask.
I have been able to build wealth legitimately in Nigeria through land banking, and I've never had a reason to regret because I invested wisely.
To become a billionaire in land banking, take these steps.
1. Don't buy one plot. If you buy only one plot, it'll put you in a position of regret when the land appreciates.
Like I've always said, buy for the future not the now. The land might not look like it will appreciate, but have foresight.
Remove sentiments and emotional blackmail when investing in land banking.
2. Keep the land for at least half a decade i.e. minimum 5 years. Land appreciates with time, so don't be in a hurry to sell your land. You might be facing financial constraints, but be patient enough so you can eat the full pottage.
The only reason you can sell off the land is if you have made a little development on the land, so at least you can have a good return on investment.
3. Sell half of the land and buy at a new spot.
Sell half for the purpose of reinvesting in another good location. At this point you can start developing the land.
You can build residential houses, malls, hotels etc, just to keep the cash flow and build sustainable wealth.
This is how people become billionaires through land banking.
4. Use the evidence of the land you've bought to convince other people to buy from that place and earn a commission. It's called using other people's money (OPM).
Convince people to buy with your testimony. Don't be ashamed of your investments.
You might say you don't have the money to start buying properties, start by selling for other legit real estate companies, earn commissions and use it to buy your own land. It's that's simple.
